Students in 4th - 6th grade are invited to participate in this terrific experience. The Science Fair is an excellent way for students to learn more about a topic of interest and get experience experimenting with science. Students can participate through individual or small group projects.
- Individual Project: All work is completed by the student, minimal parent support ($5 fee)
- Group Project: Project is completed by 2-3 students (must be in grades 4 - 6). Only one person will register the group, but will need to provide information for the additional student(s) ($10 fee for the Group)
On the day of the event, students will set up their project and present the projects to a panel of volunteer judges. Later in the day, the student community will get to walk through and view all the projects. Although winners will be named, all students will be recognized for their creativity and hard work.
Read our Science Fair FAQ to learn about how the science fair is run, what types of projects can be done (no project is “too small”), how the judges will review the projects, and more.
